A Food Choice For My Improved Health

I’m getting older and I am no longer able to do some of the things I used to be able to do. There is one thing, I miss the most, that I used to be able to do that I can’t do anymore and that is eat whatever I want when I want to. The fact of the matter is that I should have realized a long time ago that I wasn’t able to. If I had I probably would be in the situation I now find myself in. I’m diabetic.
Changes in my eating habits are the main result of learning about this predicament I find myself in. I’ve started to pay a lot of attention to some of the major food choices I make. But it’s amazing how many minor food choices we make that can have a profound effect on our health. One of the changes I’ve made is to switch the oil I cook with. I’m using avocado oil when possible. Avocado oil will work in just about any recipe that calls for olive oil. The health advantages of avocado oil are what has led to my partnership with Chosen-Foods.
